Here's how to use the clone tool (Show step-by-step instructions including before-and-after examples--include your name so I know who gets credit):
How to Clone By: Joe Vinci
First click on the clone stamp tool
Then hold alt and click on the area you want to duplicate
Let go of alt and then put your cursor over the area you want to put your clone
Carefully holding the mouse down move your cursor around the area you would like to put your clone
And there you have your finished clone
If you would like to get rid of this clone you can use step backward or clone again using the background but only if the background is one color
If you would like to put your clone on another picture while holding down alt drag the cursor to a different canvas on photoshop
For example in class we had to get rid of a palm tree in a wedding picture using only cloning on photoshop, so i held down alt on the background and then put it over the palm tree to make it dissapear, but I had to be very careful because I had to maneuvear around the mountains, sky, people, golf course, and houses
